May: 1 week: £1300 2 weeks: £2400

June & September: 1 week: £1400 2 weeks: £2600

July & August 1 week: £1600 2 weeks: £2800

PRICES INCLUDE:

The property rental, per property, not per person.

The rental price is determined by the month in which each holiday week starts. For two weeks’ holidays where the second week's start day falls into a different month, add together the 'two weeks' prices for each season and divide by two.

The number of people in your party must not exceed the stated maximum.

The pool will not be available in May and the price includes electricity (and heating in May) for a reasonable consumption. We however reserve the right to make a supplementary charge if consumption exceeds the average for normal use at the property.

Water: please use water reasonably as households are metered.

Linen: sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea-towels and pool towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. Toiletries and kitchen essentials are not provided, although there is a welcome pack provided.

Early Booking Discount: 10% discount on all firm bookings (with deposits paid) received before 1st December in the year preceding your holiday.
